This piece features Avatar Aang in his ultimate Avatar State.
I painted this piece attempting to capture the cosmic energy that the Avatar harnesses when in the Avatar State. I combined the use of stencils along with simple spray paint techniques to achieve the desired effects.
This painting also has a special feature that is revealed when exposed to a UV light. Part of the background is made to look like a meteor shower which I intended as an homage to "Sozin's Comet"
