Dragon Ball Z was a huge part of my childhood. This spray paint fan art piece is an homage to the original series when Goku first transformed into a Super Saiyan for the first time.
Special paints and specific techniques were used to create the "Neon Effect". This painting glows under UV light which is best observed in the dark.
